Q: How does it work?
A: We eliminate fees that credit card processing companies charge your business by passing a 4% fee to the customer for the opportunity and convienence to use a credit card. For example if you charge $10, if they pay with cash, if they pay with card it will be $10.40
Q: Won't I lose customers?
A: No, based on the research we've done with our customers, people are buying your businesses great product or service and understand that a small convienence fee for using a credit card is becoming customary. In addition, the customers are recieving 2-3% back in rewards on their credit card purchases.
Q: Will this work with my current system or do I need a new one?
A: Unfortunately in order for us to program our propietary software on the machines, a new machine will be needed. We can cover this cost of a new terminal or POS for you in many cases!

Q: Will I have to install the new system?
A: We will do all the required installation including even uploading your menu to the new system, because of this it is a relatively seamless transition.
Q: If I have any issues who do I contact?
A: Our customer service is the best part of our business. Instead of waiting on big companies such as Square or a 1-800 number, you will have our local merchant service rep's contact details that you can call anytime you need.
